iBooking Ticket - Management Area
The iBooking Ticket user view makes it as simple as possible for your customers to check
routes and fares and place a secure, confirmed booking. Just as
important is the ability for you and your staff to manage every
aspect of your booking system with confidence and ease.

Journey and Ticket Management

Back Office Main Screen
This screen shows the main back office interface along with the
booking summary and the internal booking process. Internal
bookings allow staff to place bookings and for those bookings to
be tracked back to the person that placed them. |

Account Settings Screen
Configure account settings such as specifying whether you can
sell tickets within 24 hours of the booking time, switch on or
off a daily booking summary email, and select the credit card
types that customers can use. You can even have bookings sent to
a fax or mobile phone if you want. |

Management > Locations
Specify as many locations as you need to. Each location forms
the basis for your journey schedules and routes. |

Management > Ticket Types
iBooking Ticket allows you to create as many ticket types as you
need to. Customers can select as many of each ticket type as
required before completing their booking. You can control fares
for each ticket type for each journey. Advanced features even
allow you to set different fares for different periods of the
year. |

Management > Manage Journeys
Journeys are created by linking locations together and
selecting schedules that specify the time and frequency of
departures. For each journey, fares are input based on the
ticket types available for the journey. Fares can be in any
currency and journeys can run on any selected day of the week.
Advanced features allow journeys to be run using different
schedules at different times of the year. |

Bookings
The Bookings screen lists all customer bookings ordered by
date. Quickly locate a booking using the unique reference number
or customer email address. You can also resend customer
confirmations to the original or a new email address. Any
booking or customer record can also be modified/updated from
this screen. |

Graphical Reports
A full range of graphical reports are available allowing a
summary view of bookings over a selected date range. These
include analysis of bookings made by agents and affiliates,
bookings by departure point, bookings by customer country of
origin, and many more. |

Report View and Export
The Report Centre also allows numerous reports to be printed
to screen and exported to CSV. You can easily dump passenger
lists, customer lists, and ticket type reports to files for
analysis and review. |

Passenger Lists
The Passenger List report provides a list of passengers
booked on each service. It's ideal as a driver list allowing
passengers to be checked as they join a service.
